Flat Screen Furniture works hard to insure that our products arrive at your location damage free. Each piece is skidded, wrapped in plastic, properly packed in a carton with approved corner padding, foam padding and any necessary cushioning materials to ensure it arrives in ready to sell condition.

One Year Advance Exchange

Our TV Lift mechanisms carry a FREE One Year Advanced Exchange Policy. Advance Exchange allows your customers to contact us directly, we will trouble shoot any problem on the phone and then send a replacement lift to the customer before they return their original lift to our repair center. Handcrafted and assembled to the highest standards.  Our Console TV Lift Furniture offers full home theater function in an heirloom quality piece of furniture.  The flat panel LDC or Plasma television lift we use is patent pending and includes a universal television mount that will accommodate most sets from 32 to 50 inches.  Features like adjustable shelves, a cable management system, an integrated infrared relay and interchangeable door inserts are standard on most models. A  Flat Screen Furniture console is the perfect solution for displaying flat panel television.

Like our consoles, every Flat Screen Furniture Foot of Bed or Room Divider is handcrafted to the highest standards.  Finished on five sides so you can display your furniture and flat panel television in any location.  Beauty and function are Flat Screen Furniture hallmarks and these pieces deliver.  Complete with our patent pending TV lift mechanism, cable management and two drawers for easy access to your essential electronics.  Designed to accept most LDC or Plasma flat panel televisions from 32 to 42 inches, you get style, convienence and function from our Foot of Bed or Room Divider TV lift furniture.

Warranty

1. Flat Screen Furniture warrants that it's products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year.
2. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is effective from the date of shipment from our warehouse. All claims under this warranty must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.
3. All defective products must be returned to Flat Screen Furniture freight pre-paid by the customer and accompanied by an approved return authorization.
4. This warranty is conditional in that the products must be operated in accordance with the instructions provided.
5. The obligation of Flat Screen Furniture is limited to the repair or replacement, at our discretion, of the defective product only.
6. This warranty does not cover damages, including, but not limited to, those resulting from shipping, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, exposure to tobacco smoke, exposure to weather, normal wear and tear, terrorism, sabotage, acts of God, or failure to follow the instructions provided.
7. In no event shall Flat Screen Furniture be liable or responsible for the act or expense of removal or installation of defective products, incidental, consequential or liquidated damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense or fee.
